Who we are
Oak & Bunting is a marketing and business services company for small businesses. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Oak & Bunting. Send any questions about this policy to hello@oakandbunting.com.
What we collect
From the contact form: your name, your business name, your email address and anything you write in the “What would you like help with?” box. The form also has a hidden field that only automated spam bots fill in; we use it to throw away spam.
When you email or talk with us: whatever you choose to share, such as your phone number or details about your business.
When you visit the site: our website host, Vercel, keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to run and protect the site. We don’t use them to identify or profile visitors.
This site doesn’t use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking tools, and it doesn’t load content from other websites: our fonts and images are served from our own site.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and set up your free consult
- To follow up about the services you asked about
- To keep a record of our conversations, so whoever helps you knows the history
- If you become a client, to provide our services
- To keep the site and our records secure
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with:
- The tools we use to run the business, which store or process it for us: Vercel (website hosting), Notion (where we keep lead and client records), Slack (where our team is told about new inquiries) and our email provider.
- Our financial partners, only if you ask us to introduce you, and only the details needed for that introduction.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. If you become a client, we keep your records while we work together and afterward as needed for our business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it.

- Correct anything that’s wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop hearing from us
We’ll confirm by email when it’s done.
Email from us
We only email you about your inquiry or, if you’re a client, about our work together. We won’t add you to a newsletter or marketing list unless you ask to join, and any marketing email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.
Security
Only the people at Oak & Bunting who work on your inquiry or account can see your information, and it travels between this site and our tools over encrypted connections. No website is perfectly secure, so please don’t send passwords or payment details through the form.
Children
This site is for business owners. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because this site doesn’t track you across other websites or sell your information, there’s nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. Every visitor is treated the same way.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
